Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you send a question through a form on this site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property state, loan type and message.
- Loan applications. The “Apply now” buttons take you to CrossCountry Mortgage’s secure online application. Information you provide there is collected by CrossCountry Mortgage and covered by its Privacy Policy.
- Scheduling. If you book a call, your name, email and the time you choose are collected by our scheduling provider so the appointment can be set.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, which helps keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and provide the loan information you request
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book
- To refer your inquiry to a licensed CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC loan officer when Shirley is not licensed in your state
- To improve this website and keep it secure

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC and its licensed loan officers, to respond to your inquiry
- With service providers that help us operate — website hosting, form processing, customer-relationship management and appointment scheduling — who may use it only to provide those services
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and others
Calls, emails and text messages
When you submit a form, you agree that Shirley Mueller or a licensed CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC loan officer may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email or text message, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
Cookies and third-party tools
This site does not use advertising trackers. Some features are provided by other companies with their own privacy policies: the online application (CrossCountry Mortgage), call scheduling, and videos, which load only when you choose to play them. These services may set their own cookies. Like CrossCountry Mortgage, this site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

This site links to other websites, including VA.gov and NMLS Consumer Access. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive details such as Social Security or account numbers through the question form — use the secure online application instead.
